3rd grade summer learning activities

These third grade summer learning activities are designed to be a fun, easy way for your child to practice important skills over the summer. You can supervise your child while they are doing these activities or give them the worksheets and printouts and check on your child’s progress periodically throughout the day. Third graders should be able to work independently for 30 to 45 minutes. For the science activities, an adult’s curiosity and assistance are needed. Also, third graders are excited about multiplication and division. Your enthusiasm at whatever your child accomplishes will give them motivation to keep trying! See more summer learning calendars.
